At JivaAyurveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all JivaAyurveda tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
